SaaS Agreement Overview
By creating an agency tenant account or accessing PinCRM, your brokerage agrees to these Terms of Service. PinCRM provides multi-tenant real estate software specifically configured for Egyptian resale brokerages.
1. Agency Accounts & Role Management
Agency Registration: Only authorized representatives of legally registered brokerages or real estate agencies may create a tenant account.
Account Credentials: Your agency administrator is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials.
Role Responsibilities: Agency admins define access levels (Super-Admin, Admin, Team Leader, Agent) and are responsible for agent activities performed under their account.
2. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Tenant Data Ownership: Your agency retains 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and title over all leads, property unit listings, seller contacts, and deal files uploaded to PinCRM.
Platform IP: PinCRM retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary AI workflows.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
Agencies and agents agree NOT to use PinCRM to: (a) scrape or attempt unauthorized data extraction from other tenants, (b) distribute malware or harmful code, (c) upload fraudulent property listings, or (d) violate Egyptian real estate regulations.
System Integrity: Any deliberate attempt to circumvent multi-tenant database isolation ('tenant_id') will result in immediate account termination.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Service Availability
Subscription Terms: PinCRM services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription tier based on active agent seats and database capacity.
Service Uptime: We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for core CRM operations, excluding scheduled routine maintenance windows.
Cancellation: Agencies may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days prior written notice, after which data can be exported.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability: PinCRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party resale transactions or negotiations.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
